Getting off my ass and finally getting some work in; it’s time for a little update. In long run, it is good that the parts were allowed a good amount of time for the clears to completely cure. For the wash, I used model masters black thinned with napatha based lighter fluid.

And this Nu is pretty much done, with the exception of the funnels.

Next up will be the finishing work for the other Nu.

    how did you get the eyes to be shiny for the Amuro Nu?

    You showed pics of the heads on animesuki and comparing the amuro Nu’s head with the other, the amuro head’s eyes are shiny.

    o sweet, how did u get it to look yellow like the pics from anime suki? The aurora decals seem to be rainbow like rather that yellowish or greenish. Thanks!

    It’s just the angle that the picture was taken at. If taken from different light reflective angles, the eyes would reflect differently.
