1/144 Gundam Bar

During one of the build gatherings at my house a couple of months ago, Sean F and the other folks at the “kiddy” table came up with the idea to create a “Gundam Bar”. The basic idea was to have standalone bases as bar sections that can connect to each other to form a much bigger length of bar. More information and pictures after the jump.

Kanu (関羽雲長) Primed

Now that I’ve gotten to a comfortable point with my HGUC Nus, I’m now in full concentration on Kanu. From last night, I was able to get the initial priming session done. I will explain the reason behind the term “initial priming” after the jump. I did a quick fit after the priming so that I can take a few snaps of her together:

HGUC Nu Gundams, Done? Just about…

I was finally able to sit down and shoot some videos for the weathering processes of the dirty Nu kit. So with that done, here are some pictures of the complete Nus… well about as complete as they can be for the time being. I still haven’t finished the weapons or funnel systems for both kit, and I will be getting to that, hence the lack of a complete page. They aren’t quite done yet, but getting there.

1/4 Yoko Revisited, testing out the gallery function…

Well, for the e2046 contest, I retook some pictures of my Yoko.  And when I saw Don (Gluefinger/Resinmonkey)’s photos;  I wanted to experiment with a dark background and dropping the brightness of some of my pictures. I used the lowest ISO setting of 50 and increased the shutter speed to 1/150-1/200 or so.

I’m very tempted to grab that opensource canon mod so I can use an even wider range with the custom photos. And finally, I wanted to test out the gallery function that came with the latest release of wordpress. Click the more link for the pictures.
