I reactivated the “post ratings” plugin. I guess when I updated the blog to 2.5.1, some of the plugins broke, so I never picked up the updated versions and reinstalled them. So ratings are back, for those who care. I also added a plugin that gives the logged users some benefit. Although, I have very few logged users, up until my recent addition a spam filter for registrations; I was getting tons of bot and spammer registrations, so the new sabre plugin helps weed out a good number of bots and spammers. I’m also looking into some other plugins to add a little more functionality and interactiveness to the blog side of things.

Some things may work out, most won’t; so if things get a little too funky, let me know, or if things slow down considerably, let me know. I want to find some sort of a balance. There are some pretty cool things I can do.

And for those who give a rats ass, they can view some of the private issues I post about that are not related to model building, and only reflect upon my personal life. Sure model building will rear it’s head, but I also need the outlet, and it’s a way of keeping that aspect of things separate from folks that just care about seeing models and techniques. Hell, it may even contribute to folks more inclined to comment and make their own posts….Granted there is a forum for that as well; I guess I’m just looking for a less soap boxy format, unless you folks enjoy reading my rants :D
