First and foremost, the gun needs serious work.<br \/>\nGun in the original parts:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerabaenre.com\/images\/pearl_yoko_prog%20013_jpg.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[1]\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerabaenre.com\/thumbnails\/pearl_yoko_prog%20013_jpg.jpg\" alt=\"pearl_yoko_prog%20013_jpg.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerabaenre.com\/images\/pearl_yoko_prog%20003_jpg.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[1]\"><!--more--><\/a>Hollowed out the muzzle.  I&#8217;m still not sure what I&#8217;m going to do with the muzzle, it&#8217;s oddly sculpted so there&#8217;s no good geometry to it, so I may just build one from scratch. Still on the fence, but for now:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerabaenre.com\/images\/pearl_yoko_prog%20018_jpg.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[1]\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerabaenre.com\/thumbnails\/pearl_yoko_prog%20018_jpg.jpg\" alt=\"pearl_yoko_prog%20018_jpg.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Added some mesh to create a anti-reflection shield for the lens.  I removed the original scope end with the three small lenses, it just didn&#8217;t look right.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerabaenre.com\/images\/pearl_yoko_prog%20022_jpg.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[1]\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerabaenre.com\/thumbnails\/pearl_yoko_prog%20022_jpg.jpg\" alt=\"pearl_yoko_prog%20022_jpg.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Replaced the scope body with aluminum tubing and added some styrene strips as scope mounts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerabaenre.com\/images\/pearl_yoko_prog%20025_jpg.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[1]\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerabaenre.com\/thumbnails\/pearl_yoko_prog%20025_jpg.jpg\" alt=\"pearl_yoko_prog%20025_jpg.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m replacing the barrel with an inner barrel + outer barrel setup.  Going to be building a RIS system for the gun.  Granted it&#8217;s nothing like the anime weapon, but at least it should look kinda cool when I&#8217;m done.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerabaenre.com\/images\/pearl_yoko_prog%20024_jpg.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[1]\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerabaenre.com\/thumbnails\/pearl_yoko_prog%20024_jpg.jpg\" alt=\"pearl_yoko_prog%20024_jpg.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On the figure side, I&#8217;ve puttied some of the immediate problem areas.
