Started this project this weekend. This is a 1\/6 scale Kanu sculpted by \u00e4\u00b8\u00ad\u00e5\u00b1\u00b1\u00e6\u00a0\u201e\u00e6\u00b2\u00bb which is a sculpt based on the same picture that Bome used for their 1\/4 scale Kanu. The remaining Nu is waiting for some demos this weekend and will be finished once I get the demos for the build gathering. So time to start work on updating and creating videos for the figure building tutorials. The interesting thing about this kit is that is came with a sheet of water slide decals for the robe.<\/p>\n

I spent the majority of the day cleaning up, drilling, pinning, and doing the initial mock up build. Other than some of the more complicated hair piece and the robe, there are no other major seams so this kit should be a fairly smooth build.<\/p>\n

Next up, since the skit is split into four pieces, I glued the two inner pieces first; then drilled out holes for pinning. One of the sides was too thin for proper thinning, so I used rare earth magnets. I’m building the kit so that I can remove the skirt.<\/p>\n
