Good idea.
Minimum cost: $20 Can be tools, paints, plastic kits, resin kits, non mecha or even non anime kits, or something completely not hobby related but something that folks would probably want - or even better, something that you would want. (kind of want to avoid the 10 or so RG kits that showed up last year some variety is good)
No opened items, some folks got annoyed with an opened kit that had the possibility of missing parts, so to avoid this kind of situation, just grab something new, or something that's unopened from your personal stash that you feel you'll never build.
Participation is optional, but highly encouraged. It's damn fun and we've been doing this for the past 2 years now. Gotta keep the tradition rolling.

Hmmmah the RG Freedom is over $20 and is a really good kit actually...in b4 everyone brings RG freedom.
